Pain de Mie

Made from our Brioche dough in a pullman loaf tin, this bread has the perfect shape for sandwiches. Enriched with our house made butter and oat milk, it has a thin crispy crust with an exceptionally light and airy crumb that is slightly sweet and rich. 

Available as a whole loaf, or THICK sliced only.
